Sarimar project will be situated on Northern Coast of Dominican Republic. On one side the main road and on the other side the beach in between two International airports just thirty minutes ride (20 miles) from Puerto Plata International Airport on one side and from the new Catey International Airport in Samana on the other. Exceptional location Tropical land ideally located captures the azure waters of the 700 meter long beach of the project on the Atlantic North Coast.

The Marina & Yacht and Clubhouse will have 80 slips ranging size per boat up to 100 feet. The marina will plan to offer a full time video monitoring, dockside power, pedestal infrastructure, including individual slip, electrical metering, potable water, telephone service, lighting and cable television, and boutiques inside the clubhouse. The marina residences will be ideally located; members and partners will be able to enjoy their life style on land with the best project.

The Resort and the Beach Clubhouse will provide the highest standards of architecture and excellent houses and villas. With 300 units villas and 120 apart-hotel planed to be constructed on the first phase of the project, residents will enjoy spacious residency featuring an array of breathtaking vista from the bay beach and river views. This project will have different opportunity amenities style residences.

The project will have the different imagine with the possibility of experience on tropical nature with deep serenity on lust and relaxation sensation. The project will have a five stars hotel with 250 suites constructed on the second part of the project and will be included to the different existing activities from the first phase of the project, such as, shopping on the commercial center, Swimming Beach, Swimming pools, Fitness Center /Spa, Nautical Marina, Nature trails, Horse riding, 18 holes Golf course (second phase) and others.

The exclusive Golf and Country Clubhouse will be constructed on the second phase of the project together with 300 additional villas golf residences and 120 units apart-hotel by the 18 holes golf course scenery. The golf will be listed among the world’s most exclusive 18 holes golf course and will be designed by one of the golf’s greatest legends. The golf course will be surrounded and located within beautiful foliage, pristine.

Managing risk is as important as identifying opportunities both in the Caribbean Island and with Sarimar, Ltd project resort. We will offer a full range of investment management, and asset administration services to substantial individuals, families and institutional investors. The major two partners gathered over 40 years of professional experience. The President and Vice Chairman of the board of Directors, Dominican national has over 15 years experience in hotel management and project development. The Vice President and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Swiss national has over 25 years experience with the Swiss banking system former Vice President for a Swiss Bank in Geneva, asset manager and project manager for private clients in Latin American. The Director for the construction department for Sarimar, Ltd. has over 30 years successful experience as architect.

Sarimar, Ltd intend to seek capital through a Limited Partnership Offering for the project for the amount of US$ 52,000,000.— for the first phase construction and for the completion of the project. We are planning to reinvest the profit generated by the result of the first phase into the second phase of the project, avoiding the excess of depts. on the project on one side and aiming an increase on asset value to the global Sarimar project on the other side. These investments, for which we will manage through Sarimar project, will represent a high appreciation asset value over 10 times on 10 years period. Sarimar. Ltd. Will make available for subscription from private investors 5,200,000 shares at a price of US$ 10.— per share, corresponding to 40% of the company’s capital equity.

Sarimar, Ltd. was formed exclusivelly for the Marina & Golf Project. Sarimar, Ltd is making available up to 40% of its equities through subscription to private investors. Sarimar, Ltd. will use 50% of the equities sales result for proceeding with investment on the European Trading Program with their partners in the US to generate sufficient capital for the completion of the project. The result of the trading program will be also split with our private investors subscribing a minimum amount of US$ 10,000,000.-- on a Limited Partnership Offering in Sarimar, Ltd.

Sarimar will work permanently with Horwath International
(www.horwath.com) on the project for different tasks such as international accounting, annual report, feasibility study, market study and environmental impact study.

Sarimar will request aTitle Deed Insurance to Steward Title, http://www.stewardtitlelatinamerica.com and will request their services for different tasks such as appraisal, etc.

We believe that asset allocation and diversification are the two most important factors contributing to overall investment representing the maximum return consistent with the assumed degree of risk.
